The pilot stores contact information, assessment answers, consent records, uploaded quotes and advisor workflow records. Use test or minimal necessary information during review. Do not upload government IDs or payment-card details.
How information is used
Information supports your requested comparison, assessment and advisor follow-up. Authorized advisors can view it. Automated email and text delivery are currently disabled. We do not send your information to clubs or ownership referral partners without explicit authorization.
Contact and choices
Marketing contact is optional and separately recorded. You can request correction, deletion or opt-out using the contact form and clearly stating your request. Role-based privacy email and retention enforcement must be verified before public launch.
Security and retention
Public pages are accessible to everyone. Advisor records require authorized sign-in, and uploaded documents are stored privately. Before launch, the operator must verify retention and deletion procedures, processor disclosures, backup recovery, incident handling and legal rights applicable to consumers.
